You have the option to cancel your order if you have not yet sent us your payment and/or we have not yet exchanged your coins. Once the exchange has taken place, you will unfortunately no longer be able to cancel the transaction.
If the exchange has not yet taken place, you can cancel your order through your online account under "Transactions". If you have any further questions, please contact us via one of our customer support channels!
Please note that we will charge a 1.5% handling fee upon cancellation if we have received the amount to be exchanged.
