How to verify yourself at our office

In order to go through Level 3 verification, you will need to complete the required documents in person at our office and go through our personal verification process. This can only be done by booking an appointment. Also, please bring your valid ID and your residence card with you! 

In case of a company verification, please bring a copy of your company certificate not older than 30 days, a copy of your signature address, and a copy of your bank account contract. In addition to these, we will also need a copy of the IDs and residence cards of the members of the firm who own more than 25% of shares in the company. 

Exchanges at our office are only possible in exceptional cases and require an appointment. We can not welcome clients without complying with the above-mentioned conditions.
