At what exchange rate do you fulfill the orders?

Once we have received your order, we will convert your coins to the current exchange rate. For reasons beyond our control (e.g. network downtime or maintenance), it may take longer to send your coins-tokens, and the exchange rate may change during this time. In this case, your coins will still be sent at the exchange rate at which they were converted when we received your payment.

If we have not yet received your order and the exchange rate has moved more than 5% in either direction, we will contact you to discuss your options. Until we can contact you, the exchange will be suspended and will only be allowed to proceed if you have agreed to it.
