Once you have taken the photos of your documents, all you have to do is upload them on your profile following the few steps below.
Log in to your profile and open the "Verification" field.
Click on the "Select images/documents" button and upload your photos.
When you have finished uploading all the necessary documents (the front and back of your ID and your residence card), click on "Submit documents". It is important that you should only click on the 'Finish' button once you have successfully uploaded all your documents, otherwise your upload will fail.
After that, all you have to do is wait for our colleagues to check the images you have submitted. This procedure usually takes 1-2 hours during working hours. If you submitted your documents outside business hours, you can expect your profile to be confirmed the next working day.
