The usage of our renewed verification interface

Once registered, log in to your account and select "Verification".

Level 1 verification for exchanges of 0 - 50 000 HUF

You will first be asked to enter your phone number. Once you have done this, a confirmation code will be sent by SMS to the number you have given. Then you have nothing to do but enter this confirmation code in the appropriate field. That is all: you have now completed the first level of identification!

Level 2 verification for exchanges of 50 000 - 4 500 000 HUF

To complete the second verification level, you must first fill out the required form with your personal data. You must enter your valid data here, as these will be entered into our system. When you are done, submit the form and upload a photo of your ID card, driving license, or passport: 

Click on the "Select document" button and indicate which type of document you would like to upload. 

Upload the front and then the back of your ID card! 

Once you are ready, please take a selfie so that we can check that it is your ID card. Next, we need to verify your residence card, therefore you need to upload a photo of this card as well. 

Once you've completed all the necessary steps, you're ready to submit your level 2 verification request. We'll check it and if everything is fine, you are ready!
